My approach is Non-Diet. Why? Because diet’s don’t work. 95% of diets fail, resulting in dieters gaining back weight lost in 1-5 years. Dieting damages our relationship with our bodies, emotional wellbeing, and metabolism. The more we work against ourselves, the further we get from authentic health. I work with clients on taking their power back by: challenging food beliefs, establishing coping skills, exploring intuitive movement, and bringing back joy to their eating experience. I approach nutrition the same way I approach life - making it simple, humorous, and most importantly - realistic.
