Biography:
Lauren Grosskopf’s work began 15+ years ago as she entered the food industry working in research & development. Today she works full-time leading up a team of food scientists specializing in cheese and dairy product development. She became interested in nutrition counseling as she watched family, friends, and co-workers struggle with diet culture and disordered eating. She knew that she wanted to make an impact, so she pursued a Master’s in Nutrition and obtained her license as a Dietitian Nutritionist - practicing part-time since 2018.
Lauren grew up in the suburbs of Chicago. She currently resides in Downtown Chicago with her dog, Parker. Lauren enjoys cooking, wine, spending time outdoors, and staying active. She loves traveling and exploring coastal towns along the East Coast. She finds the most rewarding part of working with clients is the lasting impact she can make on their lives through intentional changes.
